About the Presentations on This Page
This page includes several resources designed to support the full mathematical modelling cycle, providing both instructional guidance and opportunities for guided and independent practice. Please note that not all contexts include all types of materials listed below.

The main presentation introduces the complete modelling cycle, with particular emphasis on the idealization and mathematization phases.

The short version (online presentation) also introduces the complete modelling cycle, but in a condensed format designed to fit within a single school lesson.

The examples and solutions presentation expands on the working mathematically phase, providing additional practice and guided solutions.

The assessment of the full task (online task) is an individual activity that allows students to practice and apply all phases of the modelling cycle.

The literacy quiz is available in two formats: a classroom presentation and an individual online task. The quiz includes four focused questions, each corresponding to one of the four main modelling phases, and is based on the full task.
