Salwa Shahadi Mbariki is a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Zahavit Kohen. Salwa researches the implementation of mathematical modelling problems in a science-engineering context by coordinators, teachers, and middle school students. She works as a physics teacher at Maar Elias High School in I‘blin and also serves as the physics subject coordinator at the school. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics-Physics from the Technion, an additional bachelor’s degree in Science Education, and a master’s degree with a thesis in Technology and Science Education, also from the Technion, under the supervision of Prof. Abraham Berman.
