Our Programs
i-MAT Program
Integrated Math & Technology (i-MAT) is a program designed to introduce mathematical modelling in a scientific-engineering context to middle school students. Funding for the program is provided by the Trump Foundation. The program trains teachers in the teaching of mathematical modelling and guides them through the implementation of i-MAT tasks in school mathematics classes. Students and teachers can access learning and assessment content online.
Social project for scientific-engineering inquiry
The project is a collaboration with the Mofet association, funded by the Trump Foundation, in which students in excellent classes develop a scientific-engineering-social product using i-MAT technologies.
Visits in MtED Laboratory
The tours are for groups of middle or high-school students (up to 20 students per tour). In the tour, students are exposed to i-MAT tasks delivered in an innovative technological simulation laboratory by pre-service teachers who study at the “Views” program at the Technion, which are an inspiration and role model for the students.
